Empowering Nigeria’s Youth to Lead, Innovate, and Thrive
BFI Foundation equips young Nigerians with the leadership, digital skills, and mentorship they need to drive lasting change — for themselves, their communities, and their nation.
Our Mission: To empower young adults through mentorship, leadership, and digital skills, enabling them to drive positive change.
In memory of Rahila Ninsen Emmanuel (1980–2001) — whose bright future inspires every future we build.
Nigeria’s Youth Deserve Better Opportunities
Nigeria is one of the youngest nations on earth. With over half of its population under 35, the potential of its youth is extraordinary — yet too many young Nigerians are held back by unemployment, digital exclusion, and a lack of access to quality mentorship and skills training.
BFI Foundation exists to change that — one young person at a time.
